Eleven Principles is an £11 digital guide, delivered as a designed PDF, that teaches manifestation through neuroscience rather than wishful thinking.

The Fore Method is a £50 hardcover A4 workbook and journal of 120 pages, designed to be written in daily for twelve weeks and revisited every ninety days.

The Fore Session
The blueprint. Completed once in a single sitting, revisited every ninety days. Belief inventory, the belief swap, naming your future self, the single frame, and a letter written to them.
The Daily Rise
Five minutes every morning, before the inbox. Locate them. Ask what they need you to do today. Write the answer in their voice.
The Gap Review
Fifteen minutes at the end of each week. Where the intention and the week actually diverged, and what you do about it.
The Twelve Weeks
Six dated fortnightly spreads with morning and evening pages, so the practice has somewhere to live.

A sport that teaches resilience
Golf entered Rachel's life after a period of personal transition. What began as a hobby became a discipline, teaching focus, resilience and the courage to enter spaces that were not designed for you. Rise & Fore uses sport as a developmental tool for women and children: breaking barriers, building confidence, and proving that the challenge is the point.
You have to play the ball where it lies. But you can certainly decide what shot to take next, and that can change the game.

Built by a woman who taught herself to rise and fall forward, never backwards.
Rachel Farrant is the founder and CEO of Rise & Fore. She has more than 15 years in HR, talent and career coaching, and is trained in positive psychology, neuroscience and sound healing. She designs every Rise & Fore experience from the inside out, and she is the reason people travel across the country to be in the room.

No commitment. Just a conversation.
Community voices
What our community say
I have never felt so present with my daughter. The water, the sound, the stillness. We still talk about it weeks later.
Pilot Attendee, Sound Bath on WaterRachel held space for me in a way I didn't know I needed. One session opened something that I knew was there but couldn't access yet.

Rise & Give
Rise & Give is the Rise & Fore fund. Every donation gifts a funded place to a woman in transitional housing support, or to a child who cannot afford extracurricular activities.
Access to healing and community should never be a question of money. Members contribute simply by being members, through the pay it forward culture the community is built on.
Women in Transition
Funded places for women rebuilding their lives from the ground up. Healing is a necessity, not a privilege.
Children Without Access
Funded places for children who cannot afford to take part in extracurricular activities. Every child deserves the chance to find out what they love.
Requesting a place takes one short form. No means testing, no proof required, no panel.

Got questions
Everything you need to know
A sound bath on water is a sound healing session experienced while floating. At Rise & Fore it is called Little Waves: a mother and her child float together on the water while live alchemy crystal singing bowls are played overhead. One ticket covers one mother and up to two children. It is the first experience of its kind in the UK, spaces are limited to a small number per session, and the pilot sold out with 100% repeat demand.
Yes. Every Rise & Fore children's experience, including Little Waves, is facilitated by trained adults, moderated throughout and designed to be age-appropriate. A parent or carer is in the water alongside their child for the whole session, and group sizes are deliberately small. If your child has a medical condition, tell us when you book and we will talk it through with you first.
Little Bloomers is for children aged 4 to 16. It is a children's membership built around a fortnightly Bloomers Circle, a guided group session where children share how they are feeling, plus a private community space, a monthly activity pack covering mindfulness, creativity and confidence, and online arts, crafts and storytelling sessions. Sessions are facilitated by trained adults, moderated and age-appropriate.
The Rise & Fore Community Membership is £22 a month. It includes the private community group, bi-monthly gatherings, 11% off every event automatically, access to the resource library, a member discount on workbooks and products, a monthly newsletter, and early access to new events and Rise & Give initiatives. You can cancel at any time and there is no contract.
Rise & Fore is based in the Essex region of England and holds events across the UK in selected venues, including country estates, private wellness spaces and indoor pool facilities for Little Waves. Dates and venues are announced to members first. The community itself is online, so you can be a member from anywhere in the UK and join events when one is near you.
The Eleven Principles guide is £11 and teaches the eleven principles as a designed PDF you read once and return to. The Fore Method is a £50 hardcover A4 workbook of 120 pages where those principles are practised daily for twelve weeks. The guide is the thinking. The workbook is the doing. Most people start with the guide.
Yes. The Community Membership is £22 a month with no minimum term and no contract. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
