Little Waves, the floating sound bath
Little Waves is a mother and child floating sound bath. You float together on the water while live alchemy crystal singing bowls are played overhead. One ticket covers one mother and up to two children.
It is the first experience of its kind in the UK. The pilot sold out and returned 100% repeat demand, which is the only statistic about it worth quoting. Spaces are limited per session and the next date fills fast.
Facilitated by trained adults. Moderated. Age-appropriate.

A sound bath on water is a sound healing session experienced while floating. At Rise & Fore it is called Little Waves: a mother and her child float together on the water while live alchemy crystal singing bowls are played overhead. One ticket covers one mother and up to two children. It is the first experience of its kind in the UK and spaces are limited per session.
Yes. Little Waves is facilitated by trained adults, moderated throughout and designed to be age-appropriate. A parent or carer floats alongside their child for the whole session and group sizes are deliberately small. Tell us about any medical condition when you book and we will talk it through with you first.
