Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and Rise and Fore Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number [[TBC: Companies House number]], registered address [[TBC: registered address]]. English law applies and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
Community Membership
The Community Membership is £22 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked in your receipt or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part months. If we change the price we will tell you at least [[TBC: notice period, 30 days recommended]] in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Digital products
The Eleven Principles guide is £11 and is delivered immediately as a digital download. By buying it you agree to immediate delivery and therefore waive the 14 day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If the file does not arrive or will not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Physical products
The Fore Method workbook is £50 plus shipping, calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within [[TBC: dispatch time]] and UK delivery takes [[TBC: delivery window]]. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to return it unused, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Return postage is [[TBC: who pays return postage]]. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full.
Events and experiences
Event tickets, including Little Waves, are [[TBC: event refund and transfer policy]]. Community Members receive 11% off every event automatically for as long as their membership is active. If we cancel an event you get a full refund or a transfer, your choice.
Children's sessions
Little Bloomers and Little Waves are facilitated by trained adults, moderated and age-appropriate. A parent or carer is responsible for their child throughout, and for Little Waves must be in the water with them. [[TBC: safeguarding policy, DBS position, medical disclosure and supervision ratios to be confirmed and published before children's sessions open for booking.]]
Community conduct
The community works because people are kind in it. We may remove anyone whose behaviour makes the space unsafe for others, and in that case we will refund any unused part of the current month.
Rise & Give
Donations to Rise & Give fund places for women in transitional housing support and for children who cannot afford extracurricular activities. Donations are non-refundable. [[TBC: charitable or CIC status, and how funds are allocated and reported.]]
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Rise & Fore provides wellbeing experiences and coaching. It is not medical treatment, therapy or a substitute for professional care. If you have a medical condition, speak to your GP before taking part.
