Who we are
Rise & Fore is a trading name of Rise and Fore Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number [[TBC: Companies House number]], registered address [[TBC: registered address]]. What we collect
- Your first name and email address when you join a list, register interest or contact us.
- Your answer to the question "what brought you here today", so that what we send you is relevant rather than generic.
- The ages of your children, only where you choose to give them for Little Bloomers.
- Anything you write in a message or a Rise & Give request.
- Standard technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed, handled by our analytics provider [[TBC: analytics provider]].
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To send you what you asked for. Consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To deliver a product or membership you have bought. Performance of a contract.
- To reply to you. Legitimate interests, being able to answer a message you sent us.
- To keep proper business records. Legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the site work: [[TBC: email marketing provider]] for email, Netlify for form submissions and hosting, Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings, and [[TBC: analytics provider]] for analytics. We do not sell your data and we never share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Email list data until you unsubscribe, plus [[TBC: retention period]]. Purchase and financial records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Rise & Give requests for [[TBC: retention period]] and never shared outside Rise & Fore.
Children's data
Little Bloomers is for children aged 4 to 16 and is bought and managed by a parent or carer. We collect the minimum needed to run a session safely, and we collect it from the adult, not the child. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent.
