Little Bloomers
Little Bloomers is a separate children's membership for ages 4 to 16, built around a fortnightly guided group session where children share how they are feeling.
Many mothers join Rise & Fore for themselves and then find their child needs a room of their own too. Some arrive the other way round, because they will invest in their child before they will invest in themselves. Both are welcome. Both are normal.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt, or email us and we will do it for you. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Members get 11% off every Rise & Fore event, every time, automatically. There is no code to remember and no minimum spend. It applies to women's events and to children's experiences including Little Waves, and it applies on every booking for as long as you are a member.
No. The community itself is online, so you can be a member from anywhere in the UK. Rise & Fore is based in the Essex region and holds in-person events across the UK. Members are told about dates and venues first, so you can pick the ones within reach of you.
A gathering is a live session for members, held every two months. It is part conversation, part practice, and it is where the community stops being a group chat and becomes a room. Dates are shared in the community space and members get first refusal on places.
The Community Membership is for you. Little Bloomers is a separate children's membership for ages 4 to 16, built around a fortnightly guided group session called the Bloomers Circle. Many mothers join both. Little Bloomers pricing is being confirmed and you can register your interest to be first in.
